R&D Center has been continuing to develop various equipments and tools to improve work efficiency of monitoring, maintenance, inspection, and measurement for the operation of Mechanical and Electrical work.

Monitoring Robot This robot, which is equipped with a camera, thermometer and hygrometer, features monorail-type movement. Remote monitoring and circulating environmental measurement are fully automatic.

Airflow Volume Measuring Machine This machine enables to improve the efficiency of Airflow inspection, which shall be operated before completion, and also enable to be easy to inspect grills in high position.

Filter Leakage Test Machine This machine is the devise of Leakage Test for filters installed in clean room in each kind of factory, and also enables to improve the testing accuracy, and to shorten the test and commissioning period.
